3 celery stalks cleaned and diced
6 carrotts - cleaned, peeled and chopped
1 large onion
1 kosher chicken cut in 8's
2 parsnips peeled and chopped
large amount of fresh dill
kosher salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a stock pot filled with water. Bring to a boil then turn down heat to a simmer for 2 hours or until vegetables are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste - strain vegetables if desired.
