2 lbs. beef stew meat
5 stalks celery
6 potatoes quartered
6 carrots, sliced
1 can tomatoes
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 large onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups water
3 T tapioca
1T salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Put all ingredients, raw, into dutch oven or casserole with tightfitting lid. Bake covered 4-1/2 to 5 hours. Don't peek!! You can add 1 cup frozen peas the last half hour, or 1 can of peas the last 5 minutes of cooktime.
