Insert in toaster. Adjust thermostat to desired doneness. Push down plunger until it clicks.
Monitor until it's the way you like it.
If you are doing toast for Uncle Ed, however you want it, leave it in for at least 10% longer.

Spread butter on one of the flat sides. May add other goo for additional sweetness.
