12 medium red potatoes (medium sized, not medium red)
1/2 stick of butter, softened.
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons milk

All numbers are a guess

Clean eyes off potatoes. Leave on the skins.
Boil potatoes until just softened
Mash using a mixer (via paddle, not wire whip) with skins
Add butter, milk and sugar
Add salt and pepper
