1 1/2 pounds flounder (or sole) fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
juice of 1 lemon (2 1/2 T.)
2 tsp. finely minced onion
finely chopped fresh parsley
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fish into serving size portions; arrange in buttered shallow
baking dish. Sprinkle fish with salt and peper. In small bowl,
combine butter, lemon juice and minced onion; por over fish.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Garnish with
parsley.
