2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup drained marachino cherries,(chopped)
1and1/2 lbs. soft ripe peaches (about 5)
4 cups sugar
1 box fruit pectin
Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas, grind peaches and cherries
Measure 3 1/2 cups of peach mixture into large pan
measure sugar, set aside
Bring to boil- add fruit pectin
when pectin is dissolved add sugar.
Bring to full boil, boil 1 minute stirring.
remove from heat, skim, ladle into hot jars.
