2/3 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 T. cornstarch
1 T. flour
3 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
1 T. butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla
2 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour with the milk and boil for 1
min. Add half of the mixture to a bowl containing the beaten egg
yolks. Pour the egg mixture back into the pan. Boil for 2 more
minutes, stirring constantly so as not to scald the milk. Remove
from heat. Add the butter, vanilla, and chopped bananas. Pour
into already prepared pie crust and refrigerate.

The bananas can be substituted with 2 squares of Baker's
