2 lbs sausage, cooked in fry pan and crumbled
1/2 head Napa cabbage, finely chopped
1-2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1-2 carrots, grated
small bunch green onions, finely chopped
handful or so of bean sprouts
egg roll wraps

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except for wraps) together. Add the following seasonings to your taste: soy sauce, grated fresh ginger, salt and pepper. Place 1/3 cup in egg roll wrap (found in produce section), wet the outside slightly and fold like an envelope. Fry in hot vegetable oil (about 350) until golden and crispy.
