Directions:
Mix bisquick and water to a soft dry dough. Roll dough to thin rectangular shape, about 1/10 inch thick. Spread soft butter or margarine over dough, fairly thickly. Sprinkle sugar on dough until it looks mostly white. Sprinkle cinnamon over sugar until it looks mostly brown. Roll dough into a log shape. Slice 1 inch long pieces of the cinnamon roll log. Place rolls into a 9 inch square baking pan (greased or ungreased). Fill gaps between rolls with remaining sugar and shake pan until sugar is even with the tops of the rolls, add sugar if needed. Mix vinegar and water 50-50 and just barely cover rolls.
Bake 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is Jeff's Mom's family recipe. This is a depression era recipe. When apples were expensive, apple cider vinegar was substituted and made these delicious sweet rolls.
