5 Granny Smith Apples
1 pkg. (9 oz) yellow cake mix
2 Tbls sugar
1 Tbls ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Vanilla ice cream or whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Cut apples in half crosswise. Place Apples in deep dish baker. Combine remaining ingredients, except ice cream. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture evenly over apples. Bake 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve with ice cream.
