1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 egg
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
2 fresh Italian sausages (mild or hot), casings removed
8-10 manicotti shells, NOT COOKED
1 can (14.5 oz.) Contadina Recipe Ready Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic
1 can (6 oz.) Contadina Tomato Paste with Italian Herbs
1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spinach, ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and sausage meat. Spoon into un-cooked manicotti shells; place in 12x8-inch baking dish. Spread excess around filled manicottis.

Combine undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, basil plus 2 cups water. Pour over manicotti. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Bake uncovered in preheated 350ºF oven, 60 minutes or until heated through.
