1 lrg. can diced Ortega peppers,
3 bone in Chicken Breast,
1 can stewed mexican tomatoes,
1 cup celery, finely diced,
1 onion, diced,
1 pkg. monterey jack or pepper jack cheese,
1 can chicken broth,
Salt & Pepper (to taste),
1 clove chopped fresh garlic,
1 bag of corn tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in a pot of water until cooked. Cut up chicken meat into small pieces, and put back into water broth. Add chicken broth, diced onions, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, can tomato, celery, and peppers. Cook until tender. Grate cheese in a bowl. In separate bowls, put tortilla chips, grated cheese, and top with the chicken mixture.
