3 Eggs 1 C. Pecans chopped
1/2 tsp. Baking powder 1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Sugar 1 C. Whipping cream
11 Graham Crackers,crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & baking powder together. Slowly add sugar to egg mixture, beating until very stiff. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and pecans into egg mixture and add vanilla last. Spread this mixture in a heavily buttered 10" pie pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min. Cool for several hours. Serve with whipped cream topping.

This is a great alternative to traditional pecan pie.
