3 C flour
1/2 C sugar
1 t salt
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t soda

1 C butter
1 C buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 5 ingredients with pastry cutter. Blend in butter till pea size pieces. Then add buttermilk. Divide dough into two parts, roll until 1/2-3/4 inch thickness. Cut dough like pizza shape triangles. Brush with cream and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Dough does not need to rise. Dough may be made night before and kept in the fridge.
