Batter for crepes:
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 T. unsweetened cocoa
1 T. melted butter
1 t. vanilla

Chocolate Crepe Mousse Filling:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk, scalded

Crepe batter:
Blend above and let rest for 1 hour. Proceed to make crepes in 7 inch crepe pan (or with crepe maker) or small frying pan that has a non stick coating or has been sprayed with Pam.

Chocolate Crepe Mousse Filling:
Pour in blender. Blend above ingredients and place in refrigerator until thick, about 1 hour.
When cool and mousse has set, place about 2 T. filling on crepe and roll up. Place on foil and then freeze, covered.
Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving and garnish with whipped cream.
