1/2 c. margarine 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon 12 slices English Muffin Bread
5 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray or grease 9" x 13" pan. Combine margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Put in 9" x 13" pan. Place bread in two layers over the mixture. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes, checking at 30 minutes.
