1 (4 oz.) Bakers German Sweet baking Chocolate
¼ cup butter or margarine
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup chopped nuts
2 ½ cups cold milk
2 small boxes Chocolate Instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass pan). Grease bottom an sides of a 10” spring form pan.

Melt the chocolate and butter together, stir until blended. Stir in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix in flour, then nuts. Spread into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.
Pour milk into large bowl, add pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over cooled brownie. Top with Cool Whip and shaved chocolate if desired.
