1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup shortening
1 pkg. chocolate chips
( I use Milk Choc with Caramel Swirl)
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and white sugar and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, then chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
