1/2 a brisket (not corned beef)
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 pkg. dry Mushroom Soup Mix
1 cup water

Seal in heavy foil. Cook slowly at 300° for 4 to 6 hours. (If using a whole brisket, double the above Ingredients)
