Potatoes
(Depending on how many potatoes you bake, keeping in mind that 1 potatoe will feed two people, each person recieves a half.)

Sour Cream
butter
grated cheddar cheese & Jack cheese
cooked, crumbled bacon
chopped green onions
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes will wrapped in foil with the skins on.
Cut in half, with spoon scrape out inside leaving a small rim so skins have support. Put potatoe centers into a bowl and add sour cream, butter, grated chedder cheese and jack cheese, cooked crumbled bacon, chopped green onions and salt and pepper. All the above to taste for the amount of potatoes used. Mix all together and put back into skins and bake at 350° for 15 minutes approx. Serve.
