9" pie crust
3/4 half & half or evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 cup Swiss cheese, combined with 1 Tbls. flour
bacon or pork sausage, browned till done or use 1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms

Combine cream, eggs, seasonings. Mix well, combine everything. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown. Bake at 350°.
