Pasta with Sautéed Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients: l large cauliflower 2 tbsp olive oil l stick of butter salt pepper 1lb of penne or small shells

Directions: |
Directions:Bring water to boil in a pot. Wash cauliflower and cut into chunks. Add to boiling water and cook until tender. Drain. In a frying pan add olive oil and heat pan. Add cauliflower little at a time and mash (like mash potatoes) add salt and pepper to taste. Add butter little at a time using 3/4 of the stick. Cover high heat for a few minutes. Stir cover and repeat until a little crusty. Be careful not to burn it. Cook pasta drain add the remaining piece of butter to the pasta. Mix thoroughly with pasta. Enjoy! |
