Marinade:
1/4 cup Worchestshire sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Beef Brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Place Brisket in glass baking dish.

Combine marinade and pour over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let come to room temp.

Bake uncovered at 275º for about 1 hour or until it reaches 130 degrees on thermometer.

Remove from pan, discard the juice. Slice diagonally across grain in thin slices. Place back in baking dish and cover with your favorite barbecue sauce. Cover and bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes at 275.

This can be cooked on outside grill on low. Place in heavy duty foil.
