1/2 lb. cream cheese
8 oz blue cheese
6 oz smoked or sharp cheese
1 t. Worchestershire sauce
2 T chopped parsley
1/2 C chopped nuts (any variety)

Directions:
Directions:
Put top 4 ingredients in food processor. Process until creamy. It helps to have cheese at room temperature. Chill for 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare two pieces of waxed paper with 1 T parsley and 1/4 C chopped nuts each. Divide cheese mixture in half and roll into a ball. Press the ball into the parsley and nut mixture covering all sides. Serve with crackers. This freezes well.
