Ingredients:  
Cook potatoes till done. Peel & slice in bowl. Dice up some celery, green pepper,onion etc. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a little paprika on. Mix with dressing;
4 eggs
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Directions:

Cook eggs, vinegar, sugar & butter together in a kettle until thick .
Remove from heat cool.
Add mayonnaise
Mix with potato mixture
