Crust: 1st. layer:
1 1/2 c flour 8oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter 2/3 c. powder sugar
1/3 c. chopped almonds or walnuts 1/2 of 9 oz. cool whip
2nd. layer:
2- (3.5 oz.) pistachio instant pudding 2 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix & put on the bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min or until light brown cool.
1st. layer: Mix together, spread on cooled crust
2nd. layer: Beat according to box directions, spread on 1st. layer. 3rd. layer: Spread remaining cool whip & nuts on top of 2nd. layer. Refrigerate 3 or more hours then serve.
