1/2 #10 can (3 regular cans) cherry pie filling
3 cans eagle brand milk
1/2 #10 can (3 regular cans) crushed pineapple
3/4 c lemon juice
1 t almond extract
16 macaroon cookies
3 pints whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. drain pineapple well
2. crush or crumble macaroons
3. whip cream
4. combine pie filling, eagle brand milk, pineapple, lemon juice, almond and cookies
5. gently fold in whipping cream
6. Pour into mold, loaf pans, orange juice cans, etc.
7. Freeze until firm (longer than shorter is better)
8. Unmold and garnish with cream and maraschino cherries
