3 eggs
1 1/2 c oil
2 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 T Poppy seeds
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 t almond flavoring
1 1/2 c milk
2 c flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt

GLAZE: (I like a lot of glaze so I double this)
1/2 c Orange Juice
2 T butter
1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t almond flavoring
3/4 c powdered sugar

1. Mix wet ingredients; add mixed dry ingredients; Mix well for 2 min
2. Pour into greased loaf pans (2)
3. Bake at 325º for 45min to 1 hour
4. To make glaze heat butter and OJ in the microwave until very hot (butter is melted) Pour into a mixing bowl and mix in vanilla and flavoring then add sugar. Mix over medium speed until sugar is dissolved.
5. After baking, cool for 5 min then glaze.
6. Poke holes in bread with toothpick or skewer and spoon glaze over it.

You can change it to Lemon Poppyseed bread by using Lemon flavoring instead of almond.
