2 lbs. lean ground beef
8 med. onions
Cumin powder, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste
2 large potatoes chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato juice
1 large can kidney beans
2 cups water
3 tbsp. sugar
Cayenne pepper, to taste

In large pan brown ground beef, 1 chopped onion, cumin, chili powder, salt & pepper.

Add remaining ingredients. Slowly cook at least two ours. Add more water if needed as it cooks down.

You will need to keep tasting as it cooks to adjust and add seasoning for your taste. Watch the Cayenne pepper so it does not get too hot for taste.
