3 c Bread 2c Milk
1/4 c Butter 1/2 c Sugar
2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Cinn. 1 tsp Nutmeg
Raisins optional

Vanilla Sauce for topping 2 T Butter Melted
2T Flour 1c hot water
2 T Sugar 1T Vanilla
Boil till smooth.

Preheat oven to 350º Put pan of water in oven to warm, must be larger than pudding pan but not so that it overflows when pudding pan or dish is set in it. Cube bread, may substitute cinn glazed rolls for exceptional flavor. Place in pan, heat milk and butter, add rest of ing. pour over bread and bake for 45 min.
