8qt. tomatoes-cut in half & squeeze out seeds
3cups chopped green peppers
2cups chopped onions
3 cups vinegar
2cups sugar
3/4 cup salt
3tbsp. mixed spices(celery seeds,cinimon, and cloves
1tbsp. chili powder
