Notes: When I worked for the Tulsa Police Department we had a girl from Honduras working with us. She had a fair complexion, not what you expect a Hispanic person to look like. We always got a kick out of arrestees coming in claiming they didn't speak English, and soon be surprised when she'd start speaking to them in fluent Spanish. They'd have to "give it up" after that. Her husband was from El Salvador and this was how they prepared their turkey. She brought it to work one time and it was the best turkey I had eaten prepared, other than the usual smoked we do at Thanksgiving.
