2 cups AP flour
1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 cup butter
4 beaten eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup AP flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the 2 cups of flour and the confectioners sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture clings together. Press into a 13X9X2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Beat together the eggs, granulated sugar and lemon juice. Sift together the 1/4 cup flour and baking powder. Stir into the egg mixture. Pour this mixture over the baked crust. Bake at 350º F for 25 minutes longer. Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar.
