6 - 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
6 - 8 strips of bacon
1 jar dried beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased Pyrex baking dish, shred dried beef over the bottom of the dish. Roll up the chicken breasts and wrap a strip of bacon around each one. Arrange the breasts in a single layer over the dried beef. Mix the can of mushroom soup with the pint of sour cream. Spread the mixture over the breasts and bake uncovered at 275º for 3 hours. (Mom's directions) I bake them at 325º for about 1 1/2 hours
