3 lb. beef stew meat
2 cans mushroom soup
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (or 1 can)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. red wine (or beef broth)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 3 hours at 325 degrees.
Serve over brown rice or mashed potatoes.
