Homemade plain sauce (about 3 cans)
1 lb ground beef (85% lean)
2 cups frozen petite peas (cook separately)
1 can pitted black olives drained sliced
grated cheese to taste (a good amount)
8 oz of mozzarella
salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano,basil (to taste)
1 lb. of anellete (ring pasta or small shells)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a large pan then drain
Season meat with the above spices
Add about 2 cups of cooked sauce stir
Add peas, grated cheese, olives, mozzarella
Let all flavors blend together for a few minutes.
Add sauce to pasta and mix with the meat.
More sauce and grated cheese to taste.
