1 3 - 5 pound flat cut brisket of beef
1 package of onion soup mix
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 large onion - diced

Directions:
Directions:
In a baking pan place dollops of cream of mushroom soup on top of the diced onion. Sprinkle a little of the dry onion soup mix over then repeat. Pleace meat over the dry mixture. Cover the baking pan with tin foil and place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for two hours. Remove baking pan from the oven and slice the meat. After the meat is sliced, place the meat back into the baking pan and replace into the oven. Bake the meat until it is tender enough for you.
