1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn
1 egg
8 oz container of sour cream
1 stick of butter
1 package of jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the one stick of butter - melted, the egg and sour cream. Mix well. next add the can of creamed corn. Drain the can of regular corn and add to the mixing bowl and mix well. Add the jiffy corn muffin mix and blend well. Place mixture into a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45-60 minutes.
