5-10 lbs. fresh or frozen chicken wings either whole or
separated
1-2 qts. Teriyaki sauce (Yoshida ready-made or from soy
sauce, garlic, and spices, or ask my dad if you don't have your
own)
Sugar or honey
Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Pour teriyaki sauce into a large pot and add sugar or honey (1
cup per quart of sauce) plus 1-2 tbsp cornstarch. Stir and heat.
Add chicken wings as sauce warms making sure all wings are
covered with the sauce. Let mixture come to a boil stirring often
to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. After boiling for a
short time, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or
more then barbeque until dark brown. Serve hot to lukewarm.
