4 cups of all-purpose flour
2 sticks of butter
4 egg yolks beaten
1 tsp sugar
1 package of yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup scalded milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, yeast and warm water.
Add eggs and milk
Add 4 cups flour and butter
Roll into 2 sections to fill cookie sheet.

Pineapple 2 cans crushed and drained
Cornstarch to thicken. Sugar to taste.
2 cans of cherries

Place remainder of dough on top of filling. bake at 350ºF till golden brown.
