Vegetable- Broccoli Casserole Recipe

1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
shredded cheese

Ritz Crackers

Mix all together except Ritz Crackers. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Dot top with butter. Bake at 350 until hot through. About 20 minutes.

Add Chicken for a great casserole with meat.
