5 cups diced rhubarb,
1 large pkg of raspberry Jell-O,
1 cup sugar,
3 cups miniature marshmallows,
1 pkg yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 5 cups of diced rhubarb in bottom of 9x13" pan. Sprinkle 1 large package of raspberry Jello-O and 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Cover with 3 cups of miniature marshmallows. Mix 1 package of yellow cake mix as directed on package and spread over marshmallows. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes until firm to the touch.
