Bread
Soft Margarine
Eggs
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Butter both sides of bread. Cut a hole in the middle with a glass. Spray griddle. Put bread with hole removed on griddle and crack egg into the hole. Salt and Pepper egg. Turn over when bottom of egg turns white. Cook other side. Grill the middle of the hole at the same time to dip in the toad. Remove from griddle and eat. This is a favorite of my kids for breakfast. They love it.

I have seen this done with different shaped cookie cutters. ie: heart for Valentine's Day, Shamrock for St. Patrick's Day etc. -Mitzi
