1/2 c. soy milk
2 T. peanut butter
1/2 cup ice
1/2 c. strawberries (Optional)
2 T. chocolate syrup (Optional)

Blend all ingredients until you have desired smoothness. Add
even more strawberries, chocolate, or peanut butter to taste if
desired.

The great thing about smoothies is that the measurements do not
have to be exact. In fact, these are just approximations for a
two-serving smoothy. If it is too thick- add more soy milk or wait
for the frozen yogurt to thaw slightly. Too thin? Add more frozen
yogurt or strawberries.
