8 oz cooked spiral pasta, drain and rinse with cold water

1/3 c vegetable oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 pkg dry Italian Salad dressing mix

1 c chopped fresh tomato
1 small zucchini, thin sliced
1 pkg (3 oz) sliced pepperoni
1/2 c mozzarella cheese cubed
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together oil, vinegar, and dry dressing mix. Combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing.

Cover and refrigerate.
