32 marshmallows or 3 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. creme de menthe liquor
3 tbsp creme de cacao liquor
1-1/2 whipping cream(whipped)
green food coloring (optional)
chocolate cookie crust (ready to fill)

Directions:
In glass bowl, add marshmallows and milk. Cover and place in microwave and heat until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring several times during process. Then let this cool in the refrigerator for 20 min. or so. Add the liquors and food coloring, stir well. Fold in the whipped cream until well blended. Pour into the chocolate crust, cover and refrigerate. May also be frozen but needs to thaw slightly at room temp before cutting.
