Williamsburg Lodge Granola Recipe

4 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1 Cup whole bran cereal
1 Cup coconut, grated
1 Cup peanuts
cup lite brown sugar, packed
cup honey
1 stick butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
teaspoon sale
2 teaspoons vanilla
Cup raisins
1 Cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped

Preheat oven to 275. Mix oats, bran, flour, coconut, peanuts in roasting pan.
Combine brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in small pan, bring to boil.
Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake 275 for two hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove and add raisins and almonds. Cool. Store in airtight container.
