50 Ritz crackers, crushed (I use 2 sleeves) 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 c. cold milk
2 sticks of butter, melted 15 oz can pumpkin
2 pkg (3.5 oz) instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine crackers, butter, & sugar. Mix well. Pat into 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, beat the remaining ingredients together well. Pour over crust & refrigerate at least 3 hours. Cut into pieces & serve topped with whipped topping.
