12 medium sized potatoes, cooked
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. salt

4 cups milk, heated
2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice cooke potatoes. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour and seasonings. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture bubbles. Gradually add the milk, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce boils and thickens. Stir in 3/4 cup grated cheese and the diced potatoes. Turn into a baking dish, top with the rest of the cheese, and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and browns.
