French Bread from Grocery Store (Fresh)
2 cans (14 ounces each) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
6 ounces grated, fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
2 Garlic Cloves, pressed and chopped
Pitted, ripe olives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º
Cut bread into slices and then into half slices again. (Appetizer serving sizes.)
Place bread on bottom of pan.
Chop Artichoke Hearts using a food chopper.
Combine artichokes, 3 oz. Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and olives.
Place a scoop on each bread bite.
Bake approx.. 30 minutes.
